If this is so in the reporting of my speeches , when particular care is taken and more qualified men are employed , I cease to wonder at what happens when the speeches of others are reported by totally unqualified persons , and these are made the basis of charges in courts of law .
अगर यही मेरी तकरीर की रिपोर्टिंग में है , जहां खास ध्यान रखा जाता है और जिसके लिए ज़्यादा पढ़े-लिखे लोगों को काम पर लगाया जाता है , तब मुझे ताज़्जुब है कि तब क़्या होता होगा जब बाकी और लोगों की तकरीरों की रिपोर्टिंग बिल्कुल ही बगैर तालीमयाफ्ता लोगों से कारवाई जाती है और इन रिपोर्टों के आधार पर कचहरी में मुकदमा चलाया जाता है .
